Patek Philippe Vintage Ladies Rectangular wristwatch with very unusual Conical shape  pyramid lugs.  The watch was made in 1955 and measures 28 x 15mm.   The watch is fitted with an 7"-70 caliber 18-jewel manual wind movement # 946818 / 682467.  The watch is made in 18K yellow gold  with cream silver dial and raised gold hour markers.  The watch has its original Patek Lizard strap and 18K Patek gold buckle.  This example is in its original like new condition .  The watch further is accompanied with an extract from the archives confirming its date of manufacture and further sale.
